You will be an essential support partner to the directors, ensuring smooth operations across their portfolio of business interests and private affairs.
From calendar management and meeting preparation to liaising with key stakeholders and clients, you will manage sensitive information and play a vital role in enabling strategic focus and business efficiency.Key responsibilities include : End-to-end executive support, including proactive calendar and schedule management across global time zonesPreparing briefs, meeting notes, and follow-ups for internal and external engagementsManaging confidential correspondence and acting as a point of contact for both business and private mattersCoordinating travel, monitoring industry developments, and assisting with investor or client relationship trackingOverseeing administration related to trusts, investments, and associated entitiesAssisting with ad hoc projects to ensure smooth executive office operationsAbout you : You will bring a global mindset, professional approach, and have experience supporting high-level executives, ideally within financial services, private investment, or a family office.
