Rotorua Lakes Council is seeking an Executive Support Officer to provide exceptional business support to Council's Executive team.
This role will work closely with our Chief Executive and Executive Team, delivering high-quality, confidential executive administration and support.
You will assist with diary management, meeting coordination as well as preparing reports, presentations, correspondence and agendas, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
You'll maintain strong working relationships, representing the Executive Team professionally both within Council and externally.
We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in supporting senior executives, directors or managers in a complex organisation.
You'll need excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and professionalism handling sensitive information is essential.
