We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the community. As an Urban Liaison Officer, you’ll work as a high preforming team to deliver safety initiatives, build strong community relationships, and coordinate with partners to address safety concerns proactively.
About the role
This is an operational role providing on-the-ground support across the central city. The team maintains a visible presence during key activity periods, ensuring consistent support for the community when it matters most.
This is a full-time position (80 hours per fortnight), worked Monday to Sunday on a rostered basis. As a key initiative of the City Safety and Wellbeing Plan , the roster is designed to ensure community needs are met beyond standard business hours including evenings and weekends - with a focus on providing consistent and responsive support when it’s needed most.

Salary range :
$78,224 – $92,028 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
