Compliance Officer

Overview

At Business Registries, we administer critical compliance functions on behalf of the Registrar of Companies, enabling corporate entities to meet their legal obligations.

We are looking for a motivated Compliance Officer to join our team and make a difference. Auckland based permanent position. Salary range : $68,380-$77,359 + KiwiSaver + Wellness Benefits.

What you’ll do

• Administer compliance functions for the Registrar of Companies and other statutory offices
• Work collaboratively with the Investigator and Business Registries teams to uphold market integrity
• Contribute to compliance and enforcement strategies to ensure fair and thriving markets
• Liaise with other agencies and draft clear, concise reports
• Analyse complex problems and develop effective, workable solutions
