Salary band : GSR Band G – $67,658 to $89,957, depending on skills and experience
About the Role – Kōrero mō te Tūranga
As a part‑time Executive Coordinator within Te Uru Rākau – New Zealand Forest Service (Te Uru Rākau), your primary focus is to provide high‑level support to a Director : helping them be effective with their time, support communications, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This role could be perfect for someone re‑entering the workforce, working school hours, or looking for a role that fits around other commitments. It is not just administrative; you will think ahead, scan for what matters, and help shape the Director’s day with confidence and context.
You will work closely with other Directors and Executive Coordinators as well as engage with other agencies and departments in a dynamic, complex environment. Forestry is fun, and this role lets you be part of it without needing to be in the forest.
