Senior Advisor – Change and Engagement

Location : Wellington CBD – Ministry of Justice, New Zealand

Position : Senior Advisor, Change and Engagement – fixed term, full time

Program : Te Au Reka – improving access to justice for all New Zealanders. We are modernising the administration of justice by replacing highly manual, paper‑based processes with a new digital case management solution that transforms the way people access and experience justice in Aotearoa New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development of change strategies, impact assessments, communications, coaching, and resistance management plans.
• Facilitate sessions with groups, draw out information to inform recommendations and activity for how change will be led and managed successfully.
• Contribute to business readiness assessments and risk mitigation strategies.
• Work with people across the business and programme to plan and implement change initiatives.
• Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to embed change and deliver programme benefits.

Required Skills and Experience

Salary

Between $97,208 and $135,539 for a Senior Advisor.
