We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a Tier 1 level Manager for a public sector agency. Based in Wellington CBD, this role is ideal for an immediately available EA, who is able to hit the ground running in a busy role.
Duties Include
- Meeting coordination, travel and diary management
- Minute taking (1 meeting per week), agendas, assistance with governance support
- Communications and inbox management, efficiently prioritising workloads of multiple managers
- General administration and invoicing tasks
