What you’ll be doing

  • Provide high-level, proactive support to the GM Corporate Affairs and Sustainability and to the General Counsel and Company Secretary.
  • In the Governance Lead role, you will be supporting our Board by ensuring the smooth operation of governance activities.
  • Manage complex schedules, coordinate Board and Committee meetings, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and uphold professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
