The Trust was founded on the legacy of its tipuna, who worked tirelessly to protect and retain this land so it could continue to sustain and provide for future generations.

Today, the Trust oversees a growing portfolio of forestry, environmental, and commercial assets, upholding tikanga Maori, strengthening cultural identity, and ensuring the sustainable management of its lands and resources for the enduring benefit of its beneficiaries and shareholders both now and in the future.The Trust seeks to balance charitable and cultural responsibilities with commercial growth through prudent management of its forestry, environmental, and investment assets.

Embedding tikanga Maori into the organisational culture, developing a capable and motivated team, and demonstrating leadership in both commercial excellence and social responsibility will be key indicators of your overall impact.Essential : Relevant business degree (e.g. Accounting, Law, Maori Development).
