Contracts Administrator (Start Asap)

Contracts Administrator role at Harvey Norman involves managing contract records and improving contract oversight in a full-time, fixed-term position based in Manukau.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing :

Establish and manage a centralised contract repository by coordinating with internal teams.

Compile a supplier list through collaboration with Accounts Payable and Trade teams.

Input and validate contract data in the central database ensuring alignment with company standards.

Assess contract risk and escalate high risk items for review.

Safeguard confidentiality and integrity of sensitive contract information.

Report on contract coverage, risk and outstanding actions, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities.

About You

The company is looking for :

Well-developed knowledge of Outlook, Sharepoint & Microsoft.

Experience in a research, audit or compliance-focused role or tertiary qualification.

Exceptional attention to detail, administration and organisational skills.

Effective time management and initiative.

An ability to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
