What you'll do

• Drafting and negotiating complex contracts for major construction and infrastructure projects across sectors including commercial property, transport, energy, mining, water management, oil and gas, telecommunications, and public‑private partnerships.
• Advising clients such as developers, public entities, infrastructure providers or funders, consultants, and contractors on all aspects of project delivery from inception through to completion.
• Managing both front‑end (transactional) matters (contract preparation and risk allocation) and back‑end (disputes) work (claims management and dispute resolution processes).
• Collaborating with colleagues at all levels to deliver seamless client service and contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment.
• Contributing to business development initiatives by assisting with client presentations or thought leadership pieces related to construction law trends.
