Our client is a top-tier, boutique Auckland-based practice, specialising in Commercial Property and Corporate Law. With a strong market reputation, the firm has built a loyal base of high-profile clients, resulting in a growing and dynamic workload. Due to this expansion, they are seeking a Solicitor to join their team.

About the Opportunity :

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with 2-4 years of experience (PQE) to advance their career in commercial property law. The ideal candidate will have received excellent technical training, likely from a national mid-to-top-tier firm, and be ready to hit the ground running.

As part of the team, you will work closely with Partners on a range of high-quality commercial property matters, including developments, subdivisions, and projects for private investors. You will manage significant clients, many with long-term development projects. Additionally, you will gain valuable exposure to corporate matters such as acquisitions, corporate governance, and restructuring, further enhancing your skillset.

This role is perfect for someone eager to grow and excel in the commercial property space, handling high-calibre work with ample opportunities for development.

About You :

• 2+ years PQE, with a solid understanding of commercial property transactions, including developments and subdivisions.
• Strong initiative, with the ability to take on responsibility from day one.
• Capable of working independently while contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• A collaborative, positive attitude and a keen desire to learn.
