Recognised by international legal directories as a market leader in its field, the firm advises a range of high-profile corporate and public sector clients on complex employment and industrial relations matters.
Key responsibilities
- Represent clients in employment-related disputes including mediations, investigations, and appearances before the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court
- Advising on restructuring, disciplinary processes, performance management, personal grievances, and workplace conflict resolution
- Drafting and reviewing employment agreements, contractor agreements, and workplace policies
- Advising on health and safety, privacy, discrimination, and compliance matters
- Supporting corporate transactions by providing employment law due diligence and advice on employee transfer and integration
- Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers as part of a collaborative team environment
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear, strategic, and commercially focused advice
