Our corporate / commercial practice is growing, and we're excited to welcome someone who shares our values and brings strong legal expertise to the table.What You'll Be DoingAdvising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including business structuring, private M&A transactions, capital raising, commercial contracts, and corporate governance.
