What You’ll Be Doing

• Advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including business structuring, private M&A transactions, capital raising, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. Experience with distressed assets and / or commercial property would also be advantageous.
• Drafting and negotiating legal documents, tackling complex regulatory advice, and supporting our busy directors
• Building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
• Contributing to a positive team culture, supporting business development, and participating in firm-wide initiatives
