You'll be working closely with your consultant every day, growing the number of clients your team looks after, winning new ones and sharing in their success.Core ResponsibilitiesSupport your consultant in bringing in new business by finding and contacting potential clients.
Using our ideas and your own, you'll use online resources to identify where the clients are and bring the skills to do this.Create new referral networks and be given access to an existing network.Set up digital marketing campaigns, work existing social media and set up new channels, and consistently identify ways to bring new business to our firm with a low cost and fast results.Multitask with spreadsheets, phone calls, bookings, digital marketing automation, manually filling in forms by hand and online, reporting emails and other responsibilities as needed.Once you've brought new potential clients into our community, book meetings, follow up and manage an extensive onboarding process.Support your consultant as they deliver advice to clients, preparing documentation and managing follow up of the process.Optimise administration, compliance and support services in place and bring a fresh approach to client acquisition, process management and client ongoing support in the digital world.Your efforts will help the team become a top performing unit in the global organisation and you'll be rewarded accordingly.Our Perfect MatchYou're equally happy using the phone, on video conference or in person.You have some experience in Sales, Business development, customer service roles.You're agile, quick, motivated by opportunity and hungry for success.You have lots of great ideas and a track record of bringing them to life.You love winning new clients and looking after them well.You're loyal, energetic and quick thinking and can demonstrate integrity.You have at least 1 year of solid work experience.MUST BE BASED IN AUCKLAND, HAVE WORKING RIGHTS AND WILLING TO TRAVEL TO TAKAPUNA DAILY.Important : Kindly attach your CV with the application to be considered.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales, Business Development, and FinanceIndustries : Financial Services, Investment Advice, and Investment Management
