Overview
Adviser – Wealth Quality Assurance (Plan Writer). Fixed-term position for 13 months covering parental leave. Location options : Auckland, Tauranga, Wellington or Christchurch. Hybrid role with a mix of work from home and office.
What you’ll do
- Review and quality-assure financial advice documents to ensure they meet regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal business rules.
- Provide specialist input on complex customer situations, write and peer-review advice documents, and engage in additional workstreams that add value to the advice process.
- Collaborate with Wealth Office Advisers, Wealth Consultants, and the Leadership Team to deliver high-quality financial advice and governance.
What you’ll need
At least five years’ experience in the financial services industry, with strong knowledge of the financial advice process, industry legislation / best practice, customer needs and investment products.3+ years’ experience in a similar quality-assurance role for financial advice.Graduate Diploma in Personal Financial Planning or New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5 – Investment strand).Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).Superior customer service, communication and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred).Experience with XPLAN or similar CRM tools (preferred).Benefits
