About the Role

This is a high-profile role reporting to a quality leader.

Working cross-functionally, you'll support key investment decisions, shape valuation outcomes, and contribute directly to stakeholder engagement.

Ideal for someone who enjoys variety and visibility across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Own financial modelling and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions

Develop feasibility / business cases for live projects and manage centralised development tracking

Support twice-yearly property valuations, particularly for development assets

Lead preparation of investor relations materials and board-level reports

Assist with capital management initiatives, including funding and refinancing

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

Experience in financial analysis and / or budgeting / forecasting

Solid Financial modelling capability and a proven eye for detail

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and delivers to high standards

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders

Degree qualified, ideally with a post-grad qualification (CA, CPA, CFA)
