About the Role

This is a high-profile role reporting to a quality leader. Working cross-functionally, you’ll support key investment decisions, shape valuation outcomes, and contribute directly to stakeholder engagement. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety and visibility across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own financial modelling and scenario planning to inform strategic decisions
• Develop feasibility / business cases for live projects and manage centralised development tracking
• Support twice-yearly property valuations, particularly for development assets
• Lead preparation of investor relations materials and board-level reports
• Assist with capital management initiatives, including funding and refinancing
