Business Analyst - People Services

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our People Group at Toitu Te Whenua, where you'll play a key role in modernising the systems that support our people.

You'll work alongside our Senior Digital Specialist and Senior Data & Business Analyst to streamline processes, improve user experience, and drive automation that enables our teams to focus on what they do best.

Wellington-based, fixed term opportunity until Christmas.

In this role, you'll :

• Map and analyse current processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
• Design and implement smart, scalable solutions that improve how we deliver people services and information
• Provide expert user support, helping teams get the most out of our systems and tools
• Triage and escalate technical issues where needed
• Collaborate across the wider People team to ensure solutions are aligned and effective
• Continuously seek out improvements that enhance performance and reduce manual effort

To thrive in this role, you'll bring :

The annual full-time salary range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000 depending on skills and experience.
