ThePeople Analystis responsible for leveraging our People Technology to create a better experience for our people and workforce by maintaining and enhancing our Workday people platform.
You will work on :
Functional Configuration Analysis : Configuration (Business Processes, Org structure, security roles).
Process and Change Analysis : Change impact analysis, Training Material and 'How to', Communications along with intranet updates.
Stakeholder and Project Management : Plan, manage and communication workloads in an agile construct whilst understanding and managing various stakeholder interests.
Reporting and Data Analysis : including metrics, mass data requests and mass data changes.
We are looking for someone with a passion for growth, a willingness to be outside their comfort zone and a readiness to be part of a dynamic, driven team.

To be successful in this role, you will bring :
Knowledge and experience in conducting complex analysis using multiple data sources and a passion for attention to detail.
Passionate about continuous improvement with a strong desire to continue learning in order to stay relevant to business changes and industry trends.
You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Maori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Maori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.
