This role reports to the Portfolio Manager, Office of the GM, and contributes to running a high performing portfolio of work for year 3 of our transformation.About the role : The Environment Group is adopting a new operating model and a roadmap for change to address current and future challenges, enabling Greater Wellington to achieve its outcomes as the regions premier environmental management agency.Working closely with the Portfolio Team and Programme Leads, you will track, analyse and report on the portfolio of work, support high quality decision making through governance structures, and contribute to the performance framework.You will join a team that includes many systems and strategic thinkers, making this a good fit if you thrive in such an environment.ResponsibilitiesTrack, analyse and report on the portfolio of work for year 3 of the transformation.Support high quality decision making through governance structures and the performance framework.Collaborate with Portfolio Team and Programme Leads to drive change initiatives.Engage with stakeholders and contribute to delivery of outcomes in a change context.Skills and qualificationsCapability in Te ao Maori in line with Greater Wellington's Maori Capability Framework.Proven experience in senior business analysis with diverse groups and functions.Strong ability to work in partnership in a relationship-centred way.Experience supporting and facilitating outcomes to complex people-oriented challenges and opportunities, including changes to ways of working (siloed vs integrated operating and devolution of power).
