We are seeking Senior Analysts with experience in policy analysis. These positions typically involve leading reviews and making recommendations to assess efficiency and effectiveness, requiring strong analytic, strategic, and communication skills. Ideal candidates should have relevant experience, with Senior Analysts needing 5+ years of policy experience and economic understanding is desirable.

We are looking for Senior Analysts who will influence, advise, and support decision-makers to shape priority policy project. You will be expected to be able to collaborate with stakeholders across government on dynamic projects with a long term outcome perspective.

About The Roles

We are Seeking experienced Senior Analysts who have the ability to review decisions, develop advice, and implement their strategic skills to support decision making. You will support the development and implementation of programmes and lead specific reviews, as well as use strong influencing skills and experience analysing complex information.

About You

We are looking for individuals with :

• Excellent analytically and strategic skills
• Strong implementation skills, able to deliver on time and meet quality standards
• Highly developed communication, influencing, and relationship management skills, with the ability to make an impact within and across government
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Cultural intelligence and a growth mindset
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach
• A strong understanding of machinery of government processes
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Often projects often involve exploring unfamiliar areas or designing new policies or processes. Candidates from the public sector, consultancy, or business environments.

Senior analyst candidates should have 5+ years of experience, including leading projects. Economic experience can be helpful in these positions but is not necessary.
