Your primary purpose is to provide data-driven advice and insights by designing and maintaining dashboards, building robust data pathways, and enabling self-service solutions.You will use your technical expertise in SQL, Python / R, and data engineering practices (like DBT) to optimize performance and improve operational efficiency.
A crucial part of your role will be translating your analysis into well-researched recommendations to guide effective decision-making.
As a senior analyst, you will also build strong relationships with stakeholders across Xero and play a vital part in coaching and mentoring junior team members.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain all business as usual reporting for CX & CXLTUse your data analysis skills to design, build, and automate new solutions for stakeholdersProvide technical oversight and support for the R&I teamBalance your time in directly supporting our global CX leadership team Providing analysis, advice, and recommendations to continually improve business wider performance improvementProactively identifying and analyzing any potential issues, risks, and opportunities to provide a better customer experience and recommend appropriate solutionsQualificationsStrong proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Tableau, or PowerBIStrong communication & presentation skillsDiligence and commitment to following through and resolving problemsInitiative and ability to self manage, along with flexibilityAbility to build effective relationshipsA proven team player who pro actively assists other team membersExperience in statistical analysis tools such as R or Python is desirableExperience with LLM's / AI toolingExperience in Salesforce and Google Analytics is desirableBenefitsWhy Xero?
