• About the Role
• The role leads the development and delivery of data-driven risk reporting across Health NZ.

By providing accurate and timely insights into risks, controls, and mitigations, you will support Executive decision-making and strengthen organisational resilience.

You will work across a complex, rapidly evolving environment, navigating multiple systems, varied levels of maturity, and diverse stakeholders, to provide reporting that drives action.

You bring a strong understanding of risk management frameworks and know how to apply them pragmatically across complex organisational settings.

You are comfortable with ambiguity and can work across fragmented systems and emerging processes without losing sight of the big picture.You have a track record of delivering clear risk reporting in complex environments and are able to connect the dots across the business, identifying emerging risks and their implications.

Your advanced communication skills enable you to distil technical concepts into clear, compelling messages for Executive audiences.

Skilled at bridging gaps, you foster collaboration and alignment.

You will promote a strong risk culture and contribute to the organisation's risk maturity uplift.Influential and collaborative, you build trust quickly and know how to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Analytical and intuitive, you navigate people and complexity with ease, making you a trusted advisor on risk and helping the organisation make smarter, risk-informed decisions
