About the role
As Fraud Manager at TSB, you'll be responsible for leading efforts in the prevention, detection, investigation, and resolution of fraud.
You'll play a critical part in enhancing the bank's fraud capability, driving strong operational performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

In this role, you can expect to :
Develop and embed fraud prevention strategies, controls, and customer education
Manage fraud monitoring and investigations, ensuring timely and consistent resolution
Provide insights through analysis of fraud trends and vulnerabilities
Enhance fraud operations with tools like real-time monitoring and AI / ML detection
Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency and customer outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on fraud risk management
Identify and address operational risks and compliance requirements
Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing fraud team
We are looking for candidates who have :
A tertiary qualification in business, commerce, risk, or a related field
Hands-on experience in fraud operations, investigations, or financial crime management within banking or financial services
In-depth understanding of fraud prevention frameworks, investigation techniques, and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing operational teams
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at all levels
A data-driven mindset, with a passion for driving innovative solutions
Experience with fraud detection systems, analytics tools, and continuous improvement practices
