How you’ll make an impact
In this role, you will be a key analytical partner for our Customer group, transforming complex data challenges into scalable solutions that drive strategic outcomes. Your primary purpose is to provide data-driven advice and insights by designing and maintaining dashboards, building robust data pathways, and enabling self-service solutions.
You will use your technical expertise in SQL, Python / R, and data engineering practices (like DBT) to optimize performance and improve operational efficiency. A crucial part of your role will be translating your analysis into well-researched recommendations to guide effective decision-making. As a senior analyst, you will also build strong relationships with stakeholders across Xero and play a vital part in coaching and mentoring junior team members.
