Job descriptionEnsure compliance with NZ Building Code, consent conditions, and client specifications. Translate specialist reports (fire, seismic, structural, electrical) into clear action plans. Oversee compliance documentation : as-builts, O&M manuals, registers, certifications. Support project teams, subcontractors, and vendors with compliance requirements. Lead handover processes, inspections, and client packs. Drive continuous improvement across projects. Proven New Zealand vertical build experience (essential). Strong understanding of council and regulatory frameworks. Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and reports into practical outcomes. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; BIM / Procore experience a bonus.
