Transformation Portfolio Analyst

Overview

We’re looking for a technically minded Analyst to join our passionate, high-performing team and help drive transformation through trusted reporting, insights, and delivery assurance.

In this role, you’ll support transformation delivery by preparing insightful dashboards, clear reporting, and analysis for senior stakeholders – all the way to Board level. You’ll help ensure we maintain high data quality and provide trusted visibility of delivery performance, risk, and benefit realisation. You’ll also collaborate across the transformation community to support key reporting cycles and contribute to ad hoc analysis as needed.

We’re after someone who’s excited about solving problems and shaping how we deliver change at pace. You’ll bring :

• Strong technical skills in Excel (Power Query, VBA), Word, and ideally SQL or reporting platforms
• Solid experience in data management, analysis, and visual reporting techniques
• The ability to simplify complex information and influence decision-makers
• Preferably experience in project delivery or transformation environments, with familiarity in Agile or Waterfall (Jackie : this can be learned)
• A collaborative mindset and high attention to data and process quality
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in consulting or supported senior-level reporting before
