Position Overview : As a Change Analyst, you will be responsible to support organizational transformation by analysing, planning, and coordinating change activities across projects and business units. You will also ensure that changes are effectively communicated, understood, and adopted, helping to minimize disruption and maximize business outcomes.
What’s it like day-to-day?

Conduct change impact assessments to identify affected stakeholders, processes, and systems.Develop and maintain change management plans, including communication, training, and engagement strategies.Support the delivery of change initiatives by coordinating activities and tracking progress.Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment between change management and project delivery.Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and feedback loops.Monitor change readiness and adoption, identifying risks and resistance points.Maintain documentation such as change logs, stakeholder maps, and communication plans.Provide insights and recommendations to improve change effectiveness and user experience.To join the amazing us, you must have :
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in change management, business analysis, or a related field.Proven understanding of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or APMG.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Analytical skills to assess change impacts and interpret data related to change readiness and adoption.Experience working in project environments, particularly within digital transformation or business improvement initiatives.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Jira, or Confluence.So, what’s in it for me after all that awesome work?
