You'll need to be comfortable managing competing priorities in a high-paced work environment, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, and translating complex data into information that is relevant and consumable.Experience with corporate data systems and their reporting tools, and PowerBI is essential.You will also offer : Experience in a complex organisationExperience in building relationships and partnerships to achieve shared outcomes.Experience in leading data collection, data quality and data reporting projects.Experience prioritising work and managing ongoing expectations within agreed time-frames.The ability and willingness to adhere to the Public Service Standards of Integrity and Conduct.About our group and team | Matau ropu akeThe People Analytics and Insights team maximises uptake and application of corporate data, and fulfils the Ministry's statutory Human Resource reporting obligations.
