Senior Business Analyst

Overview

We are supporting a client in the supply of an experienced Business Analyst to apply core analysis skills within a Genesys PureCloud Contact Centre project. Supporting agile delivery practices, this role will involve running activities such as requirements gathering, user story creation, process mapping, prioritisation of features and enhancements, and backlog grooming.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering
• User story creation
• Mapping current and future processes
• Supporting prioritisation of features and enhancements
• Facilitating backlog grooming sessions

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and ensure the solution aligns with customer and operational goals.

Contract Details

This is a three (3) month independent contract position.

Client

This role will be focused on supporting a large New Zealand energy provider.
