This role will work closely with, and provide direct support to, the Product Manager of ICT User Devices & Experience.

The focus will be on addressing key issues identified in a recent ICT audit, ensuring robust analysis, clear documentation, and practical solutions are delivered.

This position requires a BA with a solid mix of technical, infrastructure, and application knowledge who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

You'll be working across multiple streams outlined in the Technical Service Objectives (TSO), supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Product Manager to prioritise and resolve ICT audit actions.Analyse business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable solutions.Document systems, processes, and user requirements to support audit remediation.Work across technical, infrastructure, and application domains to ensure alignment.Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements, manage expectations, and support decision-making.Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen ICT user devices and experience.About YouProven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in ICT environments.Strong background across technical, infrastructure, and applications.Demonstrated ability to work with audit-related findings and drive resolution.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Strong problem-solving capability and a detail-oriented approach.Ability to work autonomously and deliver to tight deadlines.Apply Now To find out more, please get in touch with Teresa Jordan on +64 273 764 884 for a confidential chat.
