Collaborate with policy and commissioning teams.Senior AnalystLead quantitative evaluation design and deliver complex statistical analysis.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to embed evaluative thinking.Provide mentorship and build capability within the team.Support culturally appropriate measurement frameworks.Principal AnalystLead high-impact IDI-based evaluations using advanced statistical methods.Influence commissioning, contract design, and policy development.Build strategic partnerships and integrate with other forms of evidence.Mentor others and guide internal learning culture.He korero mou | About youAcross all levels, we value : Strong analytical and quantitative skills (e.g. economics, statistics, psychology).

Ability to communicate insights clearly and meaningfully.A commitment to working in partnership with Maori and an understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.Curiosity, courage, and collaboration.Experience using large datasets (experience with the Integrated Data Infrastructure is an advantage).
