Mail and Customer Service Officer | Manuku | On Call

Location : Freeman Way, Manukau

Pay : $

• per hour paid fortnightly

Responsibilities

On Call as and when needed

Counter work and interacting with customers (mainly through parcel collection)

Deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at front counters and by phone

Champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for customers

What we need from you

Be available to work on call as required between Monday to Friday 10 : 30am to 5pm

Reliable transport to get to and from the Manukau branch

Problem solving skills – ability to think on the fly and find the best outcomes

Administration and data entry skills

Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, by phone and by email

All applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand.

Any appointment will be subject to a satisfactory drug test and security check.
