About the role
We are growing rapidly and are looking to add a National Account Manager to our team. This role, based in Auckland will support a Beauty portfolio incorporating the brands MCo Beauty and Nude by Nature. You will be responsible for building relationships with key accounts and buying groups and will ultimately be recognised as the trusted business partner to a number of targeted accounts. You will maximise existing product sales in pharmacy, grocery and buying groups, coupled with leading new product uptake and penetration into your key accounts, onboarding new target accounts and groups to achieve the divisions budgeted sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead new product launches and strategic marketing campaigns within key accounts.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise customer loyalty.
- Build, enhance and manage cosmetics relationships with designated accounts.
- Pursue opportunities to drive net sales and margin growth.
- Develop proposals, negotiate terms and conditions and implement contractual agreements to drive strong financial results.
- Work toward achieving net sales and margin targets.
Skills & Experience
3 years' experience in a similar roleTertiary level education within Business, Science or other related area.Experience in Beauty, Skincare or FMCG preferredKnowledge of latest Beauty trends and social influencersUnderstanding of the Retail Beauty Landscape and BrandsDemonstrated skills and experience in achieving sales, profitability and budget goals;Experience implementing sales and marketing strategies.Amazing analytical, critical thinking and demonstrated problem solving skillsDemonstrated experience in building and developing strong business relationshipsSelf-driven with ability to work cross-functionally.Previous experience with CRM, Pharma Data extraction tools and BI tools.Benefits & perks
