Hospitality Duty Mgr

OverviewThe Trusts is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Duty Manager to join our team within our retail and hospitality business.

The role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of hospitality services and delivering exceptional customer service with strong leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitality department, including managing staff and resources to deliver high-quality serviceCoordinate and supervise all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring adherence to quality and hygiene standardsMonitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints in a professional and timely mannerImplement and enforce health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for both customers and staffDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other relevant stakeholdersSupport in the recruitment, training, and performance management of hospitality staff membersWhat you will bringAn LCQ and current Manager\'s certificateProven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industryExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of food safety regulations and industry best practicesAbility to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitudeFlexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidaysWhat\'s in it for you?
