Overview
The Trusts is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Duty Manager to join our team within our retail and hospitality business. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of hospitality services and delivering exceptional customer service with strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitality department, including managing staff and resources to deliver high-quality service
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring adherence to quality and hygiene standards
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for both customers and staff
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders
- Support in the recruitment, training, and performance management of hospitality staff members
