Overview
The Retail Duty Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of retail activities at West City . This position demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can oversee various aspects of retail operations while providing exceptional customer service.
This is a part-time position working a minimum of 30 rostered hours per week. Flexibility is key, with availability to work late nights and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
- Compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
- Provide coaching and product training, contributing to the continuous development of the team
- Monitor financial transactions, POS reconciliations, and prepare daily sales reports
