Business Development Manager – Short Stay Property Management

AtStayhub, we specialise in full-service management for short-stay properties.
We're expanding fast and are looking for a Business Development Manager to convert new enquiries, build strong referral networks, and keep our property owners engaged and excited.
This role is perfect for a driven salesperson with strong phone and relationship skills who's ready to make their mark in a growth-focused, NZ-owned business.
What you'll be doing
Building and managing strong relationships with corporate clients and property owners
Identifying and securing new business opportunities
Driving sales growth and revenue across our short-term property portfolio
A passion for interior design is a bonus, as you'll occasionally provide input on property presentation and styling to maximise appeal.

What we're looking for
2–5 years' sales experience (phone-based or inside BDM; property, accommodation, travel, SaaS or interiors a plus)
Strong track record of hitting call, meeting, and revenue targets
Confident, persuasive communicator – on the phone, via email, and face-to-face
Skilled at objection handling and negotiation
CRM savvy – HubSpot experience ideal
Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Full NZ driver's licence for property visits
Bonus points if you bring experience in accommodation, corporate travel, relocation, or real estate
