You’ll be working with a small group of genuine professionals who have deep roots in the building industry and a shared passion for doing great work. This is a team that supports one another, looks after their people and enjoys having fun along the way.

What We Are Looking For

• A proven professional from the building sector with experience working with group builders, construction companies, architects, tradies or related industry influencers.
• Confident navigating building sites, reading plans and understanding project timelines.
• A relationship builder who is personable, engaging and able to earn trust quickly.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management skills – you know how to plan your week for the best results.
• Someone who enjoys the chase of new business and takes pride in seeing growth and repeat customers.
