About the Role

We’re looking for a Credit Solutions Specialist to join our Front-End Contact Centre team in Auckland.

This is a key customer-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for Finance Now customers who may be experiencing financial difficulty. You'll use empathy, great communication, and problem-solving skills to resolve arrears and guide customers toward practical solutions—while delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to support customers in arrears
• Providing tailored solutions that align with both customer needs and business requirements
• Explaining financial information clearly and respectfully
• Updating customer records and using internal systems accurately
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless support for customers
