About the Role
We're looking for a
Credit Solutions Specialist
to join our
Front-End Contact Centre team
in Auckland.
This is a key customer-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for
Finance Now customers
who may be experiencing financial difficulty.
You'll use empathy, great communication, and problem-solving skills to resolve arrears and guide customers toward practical solutions—while delivering
outstanding service
every step of the way.
What You'll Be Doing
Handling inbound and outbound calls to support customers in arrears
Providing tailored solutions that align with both customer needs and business requirements
Explaining financial information clearly and respectfully
Updating customer records and using internal systems accurately
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless support for customers
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and listening skills
A calm, empathetic approach to tough conversations
Previous experience in a contact centre, financial services, or fast-paced customer service environment
A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team
Confidence in using systems and managing time effectively
