About The RoleReporting to the Credit Control Team Leader, we are currently seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join the team.

In this role you will be responsible for the effective credit risk management across all our Australasia customers, which includes : Credit Control and CollectionsMaximise recovery of outstanding amountsReferring aged debt to our Outside Collection AgenciesResolving general customer queries within SLA'sProvide analysis and reporting as requiredManage appropriate customer communicationAssist the team in the credit assessment processAbout YouThis opportunity will suit someone with a strong background in credit control or collections, you will be results focused and enjoy problem solving.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to always operate in a friendly and professional manner, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently if required.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, eager to learn, who has a great can-do attitude!

To be considered for this role, you must also have the following skills and experience : 3+ years Credit Control or Collections in a commercial environmentDisputes management and strong negotiation skillsHigh attention to detail is essentialExcellent communication skillsAble to work under pressureIntermediate Excel working knowledgeFamiliarity with both New Zealand and Australian customers and respective creditFamiliarity with commercial customersExperience presenting status reports to managementIf you enjoy working in a dynamic, innovative and challenging environment, where you're appreciated, well rewarded and grow your career then this might be the perfect place for you - APPLY TODAY!
