What We Need

Corpay is currently seeking an experienced Credit Collections Specialist to join our team . Sitting within the Credit Control and Collections division of our Ellerslie office, you will play a pivotal role in liaising with our valued customers across Australasia, delivering excellent customer service, and finding the best solutions for them. This is an amazing opportunity to develop and advance your skills for a successful career in financial services! This is a 4-month fixed term contract until the end of December 2025.

How We Work

As a Credit Collections Specialist, you will be expected to work in a hybrid office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing :

• Assigned workspace in Ellerslie office
• Company-issued equipment
• Formal, hands-on training

Role Responsibilities

Reporting to the Credit Team Leader, you’ll be at the frontline making outbound calls to locate customers and investigate overdue accounts. With a flexible approach, you’ll negotiate repayment plans and solutions to suit our customers’ circumstances.

Qualifications & Skills

This opportunity will suit someone with a strong background in credit control or collections. You have exceptional customer service skills and genuinely care about helping others. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to always operate in a friendly and professional manner and can work independently if required. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is eager to learn with a great can-do attitude!
