They have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needs based conversations and fulfil products as per their accreditation level.

• What will your day look like?

As a Banking Consultant, you will have the opportunity to : Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions.Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective, andEnsure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
