In this rewarding and challenging role, you will be responsible for supporting Pharmac by assuring the smooth day-to-day running of our public facing area.
Situated at the front desk you will be first point of contact for both the public, advisory groups, contractors and staff.
Skills in time management and prioritizing tasks while maintaining a customer service focus will be paramount.
Your administration skills will further come into play with calendar management, meeting logistics, travel arranging and more as part of the Business Services whanau.Please note, this is an onsite role from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no work from home option.
