About The RoleWe are seeking confident administrators who have had exposure to recruitment processes and can hit the ground running.ResponsibilitiesBuild & maintain relationships with prospective and existing candidates.Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates, and manage consultant calendars for face-to-face interviews.Liaising with vendors to coordinate pre-employment testing.Contract generation.Team admin support as required.About YouYou will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport easily over the phone with a wide range of people from different backgrounds.QualificationsMust have some experience / knowledge of recruitment processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProcess driven, eye for detail and sound judgementAvailable to start immediatelyApplyTo find out more, please get in touch with Roam on
