About The Role

We are seeking confident administrators who have had exposure to recruitment processes and can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Build & maintain relationships with prospective and existing candidates.
• Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates, and manage consultant calendars for face-to-face interviews.
• Liaising with vendors to coordinate pre-employment testing.
• Contract generation.
• Team admin support as required.

About You

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport easily over the phone with a wide range of people from different backgrounds.
