You\'ll establish support systems, maintain readiness, drive continuous improvement, build team capability, own processes, use data to enhance performance, and collaborate cross-functionally for efficient, compliant, customer-centric eCommerce fulfilment, while coordinating seasonal events and managing risk.You WillLead eCommerce Operations Run & Operate support as a senior Subject Matter Expert (SME)Equip stores with eCommerce systems and current Promapp processes.
Support and operationalize eCommerce capacity and planningBuild team capability through training, standardized tools, and knowledge-sharingMaintain a comprehensive understanding of the entire eCommerce fulfilment process, identifying dependencies and opportunitiesAct as the primary contact for operational process inquiries, coordinating with various teams (fulfilment, support, product, finance, property, productivity) to align efforts for renewals and new storesBe the go-to for eCommerce equipment and demand planningUtilize data and system insights for improvement, monitor performance metrics, and foster continuous improvement by benchmarking best practices and addressing operational issues.What you'll bringExtensive experience in eCommerce operationsStrong background in process ownership and governance, including defining, documenting, auditing, and improving operational processes (e.g., using Promapp)Demonstrated ability to drive operational readiness and optimizationExperience leveraging data and insights to drive performance improvements and inform decision-making in an operational contextProven experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement,Experience in developing and delivering training programs5+ years leading projects5+ years in eCommerce / RetailWorking with Woolworths NZOur purpose is to make Kiwis\' lives a little better every day.
