In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution, ensuring our Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams are aligned, enabled, and set up to scale efficiently.You'll play a key role in optimising how we go to market, helping us bring structure to fast-growing teams, supporting decision-making with data, and shaping the foundational processes and tools that will support sustainable revenue growth.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in high-growth SaaS environments and wants to grow into a senior strategic role over time.What you'll be doingOptimise sales and customer enablement materials in collaboration with Head of Marketing, Sales and CRO - from pitch frameworks to onboarding flowsPartner with Marketing and Product on aligning GTM messaging with market needs and customer insightsRevenue Operations & SystemsOwn the day-to-day management and optimisation of the commercial team tech-stack (eg : Hubspot, Zoominfo, Aircall, Nooks, marketing automation, Vitally)Drive CRM hygiene and ensure consistent pipeline management across the commercial teamMaintain our lead and deal flow processes, including lead scoring, routing, and handoffsPerformance Insights & ForecastingBuild and maintain dashboards to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and performance across the funnelSupport forecasting and scenario planning in partnership with Team leads and CROAnalyse GTM performance to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and customer impactCalculate revenue producing commissions across the organisation monthlyProcess & Cross-Functional OperationsHelp streamline GTM processes and ensure smooth handoffs between Marketing, Sales, and Customer SuccessStandardise processes around deal management, renewals, and expansion in collaboration with the Head of CustomerSupport strategic discovery, planning cycles and OKR alignment across revenue functionsWhat you bring : 2–5 years in a Revenue Operations, Sales / GTM Operations, or similar role at a SaaS or tech companyHands-on experience with tools like HubSpot (or Salesforce), marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Google Analytics), and data platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Google Sheets)Solid understanding of SaaS metrics and sales funnel dynamicsStrong analytical and problem solving skills - you love turning messy data into actionable insightComfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, scaling environmentWhy join Ideally?
